<p>Eastern University named after Mahmud Kashgari-barskani established in accordance with the Legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic to improve the educational system, bringing it closer to international standards, training of qualified specialists for various spheres of activity through cooperation with universities in the framework of international programs.
